The competition was held in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On joint-stock companies and protection of shareholders ' rights”, Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24.04.2015.No. Decree of President - 4720 “On measures to introduce modern methods of corporate governance in joint-stock companies”.

The competition’s results were reviewed and approved by Supervisory Board of the Company on June 05, 2020.
Damir Asgatovich Ibragimov was declared the winner of the competition and decision was made to appoint him to the position of General Director of BMKB-AGROMASH JSC.
