Independent Auditors ' Report
For the Shareholders of «BMKB - AGROMASH» JSC
We have audited the accompanying financial statements of «BMKB - Agromash» JSC (hereinafter – "the Company»), which comprise the statement of financial position as at 31 December 2018, and the statements of comprehensive income, cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity for the year ended on abovementioned date, as well as main accounting policy principles and notes to the financial statements.
Management's responsibility for the financial statements
Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, and for such internal control as management determines is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
Auditor's responsibility
Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. We conducted our audit in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing. Those standards require that we comply with relevant ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement.
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. The selected procedures depend on an auditor’s judgment, including assessment of risk of material misstatements in financial statements that may result from frauds or mistakes. The assessment of such risks includes review of internal controls over the preparation and accuracy of the financial statements for the purpose of design of auditing procedures applicable in a given situation, but not for the purpose of expressing of opinion on the efficiency of internal controls implemented by the subject. The audit also included assessing appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of estimates made by the management of the audited entity as well as evaluating the overall financial statements.
We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our audit opinion.
Conclusion
In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Company as of 31 December 2018, and of its financial performance and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
